Chuck became Executive Director in March 2015 bringing with him more than 30 years of leadership experience in health and human services including 11 years as Executive Director of Communities In Schools in Pinal County, Arizona. He graduated with his B.A. in Political Science in Government and Community Development from Oregon State University.
